Problem with mail.ru
Hello, I decided to apply here, because I almost don’t expect help from mail.ru support.
There is a box on mail.ru which received both mailings and personal letters daily.
December 2 (2 weeks ago) letters stopped coming. We sent a bunch of test letters - none of them reached, new mailings do not appear in the box either. After a couple of days, we noticed that letters from mail.ru (for example, My World) and letters sent from other mailboxes *@mail.ru reach without problems.
Support has already received 10 letters from different employees. Every second of them asks me to send the text of the non-delivery report. BUT the non-delivery report does not come. I have already sent a bunch of test emails - not a single report. Of course, I wrote about this at the very beginning and several times later, but support, apparently, does not consider it necessary to read the correspondence from the beginning.
I also suggested that they send the letter themselves and see if the report comes back and follow it where it goes, but they ignore.
Everything is clean in the mailbox settings - no filters, forwarding, blacklists - everything is empty.
Letters sent from mail.ru reach. All other letters are lost somewhere in the bowels of mail.ru
Maybe someone has some advice on what to write in support, what to advise them to do, what could be the reason ...
It is not accepted to refuse mail.ru, because the box is not mine and you must first return it to a working state.
Update It seems that letters have ceased to reach even mail.ru mailboxes. At least the last 2 letters sent just now did not reach.

Give me a box, I'll make you a delivery report (log of the mailer when sending you a letter) :)
I will contact a friend who works in the mail, I will ask what can be done.
And settings of filters of this box checked? Maybe there *suddenly* there was a setting to accept letters only from @mail.ru. And yes, it's useless to rely on Mile's support.
I can only recommend to start a mailbox on Gmail.com
There was a similar problem from the 12th to the 14th, it was impossible to enter the mailbox, a page about technical work was displayed. On the 14th everything worked.
Try to enable unconditional forwarding of all letters to another mailbox outside @mail.ru - google, yandex, corporate ...
