Problem with mail on VmBitrix?

The recipient address is not a valid RFC-5321 address. x1sm2875852ljh.62 - gsmtp' errormsg='recipient address root not accepted by the server' exitcode=EX_DATAERR

Such an error in the logs when sending through the browser and mail is sent from the console,
what could be the problem?
