Problem with kernel and sound cards?

Three sound cards were installed on the computer:

Integrated Realtek in ASUS H110M-R
PCI C-Media CMI8738
USB Sound Blaster PLAY! 3

The default was Sound Blaster. Then I decided to remove it and make C-Media CMI8738 the default. Now, when playing audio, messages are poured into the console:

DMAR: DRHD: handling fault status reg 3
DMAR: [DMA Read] Request device [03:00.0] fault addr 0x0000000 [fault reason 0x06] PTE Read access is not set

Advised to disable Intel IOMMU. Added intel_iommu=off to kernel parameters. The DMAR messages are gone, but MPV now crashes regularly with the message:

[ao/alsa] pcm write error: Broken pipe
[ao/alsa] Error writing audio to device.

Debian Bullseye x64. Kernel 6.15.0-2. Sound system - ALSA.
/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf

options snd-cmipci index=0
options snd-hda-intel index=1
options snd-usb-audio index=2
