The utility bill is black and white, that is, they initially send me a piece of paper on which there are no other colors, I scanned it in color, well, at the output it’s still all in black, this is understandable, so I sent it to the guys from UPWORK and in response, they wrote to me that the document should be scanned in color, but how can I do it in color if everything is black and white on paper? or am I stupid?
