If the certificate is installed correctly and has not expired, then this means only one thing - there is content on the page (images, styles, fonts, scripts, etc., etc.) loaded via the http protocol.

click "details" and see what exactly it says about the certificate, maybe chrome banned the certification authority that issued the certificate
