I have such a problem. I'll tell you in order.
I withdraw money earned on advertising from Google through Rapida.
Until recently everything was going fine. Money came to the post office as expected.
For the last payment, I changed the address and name of the recipient. According to the report in the personal account, the money was sent to Rapida on November 24. A week ago I called Rapida, they said that no payment had been received, deal with Google. I wrote to Google support. Answered a few questions from the robot. There is no answer yet.
Tell me what should I do now in such a situation? Was the money lost somewhere in the depths of Google, or did Rapida squeeze it for herself?

Most likely, Google has the money. So far, the only option is to write to support. The more emails, the more likely you are to get a response.
