Problem with encoding on RU-center hosting?

Hello!
I had such a problem, I don’t know what to do: I
developed a site on my hosting (hts), everything was fine, no problems. Then I transferred it to the customer's hosting (RU-Center), where there was a problem with UTF-8 encoding.


I was looking for solutions to the problem and tried the following methods:
1. converted the encoding to UTF-8 without BOM
2. tried to set the encoding via htaccess (AddDefaultCharset UTF-8)
3. wrote the meta tag differently

Nothing helped ((
Maybe someone came across with a similar problem and knows how to solve it?
I would be very grateful!

AND again save in UTF-8 without BOM.

There is an encoding of the document itself.
There is an encoding inside the meta in the markup headers
. There is an encoding in the page return headers.
Check. (Well, or give a link)

Just change the encoding in the site settings in the hosting cabinet
