Problem with displaying Yandex.Cards - how to fix it?

Yandex.cards were built into the site, the layout floated. Yandex support says that support for Yandex.cards is over, maybe we can help, maybe not.

from different browsers tips in different places (apparently rendered differently by at least gecko and blink) - , screenshots above with FF latest version as standard, Chrome similarly. 1920x1080. the problem is not only in this section, but everywhere where there are Yandex pop-up hints.
Perhaps there are people here who have already encountered a similar problem and can suggest solutions?
