Problem - windows 10 verification failed: ( 15) access denied, how to fix?

Half a year ago I installed phoenix oc on disk d. After some time, I deleted the phoenix, but there was still a choice of operating systems before starting the laptop, rummaged through bios, now it gives such an error. There is one OS in the system configuration, tell me, is this a problem with the system bootloader?
