Problem installing template on Joomla 3. How to solve?

The problem is, I downloaded the template from this site joomla-master.org, then I went here joxi.ru/xAeGagzFbWjBmy, I chose the archive that was downloaded with the template, I click install and it knocks me out like this joxi.ru/ZrJVgz8sbJparj

The problem with the encoding + as I suspect, the template was obviously not downloaded from the developer's site, which is not good.
Find the template on the developer's site, buy or download the free version if available.
Use utf-8 encoding in joomla

This is because of the error that you see there is a warning about the session. This is because this error is posted ahead of the joomla headers where the encoding is set.
Option 1: Fix PHP to avoid this error
Option 2: Disable error messages in Joomla global settings, maybe it will help.
