Problem installing kali linux on laptop, what to do?

I got to the point where the installer said "Kali Linux is installed, remove the installation media so that the system can boot." then the boot menu opened and I selected my drive, and a black flickering screen appeared, and then again in the boot, what should I do?

Format the screw, install Windows, install minecraft and finally get down to business... :)

Try a different Linux distribution.
