Problem in safari 12. skew moving block?

At the bottom of the page there is a block with cards. When hovering, we raise the entire block with cards, then when hovering for 1 card, it rises with css3 properties, distorts and rotates.

Everything works, but there is some bug in safari, when the hover is removed from the card, it starts to move to the right, it should not be like that. If you remove the skew property from the hover, then everything works as it should.
How does this happen and what to do about it?
