Problem in displaying web games?

Hello, I've run into this problem. On some devices, the game does not display correctly (this is a web game on react), it looks like the back floating blocks are flattened. Both buttons and these blocks are specified in vw, vh, %. The background is set in %. Clearly, if there were pixels.
Here's how it should be:

Sometimes when you press a button, it just "sticks" and it turns white, and the rear blocks "flatten". The problem is observed in 5% of players from all. The latter had Honor 9X, 10 android.
