Problem for the Olympiad in Informatics?
36 scientists arrived at the conference. Each of them once criticized exactly one of those present at the conference. To resolve one important issue, it was decided to create a friendly jury, in which not a single scientist has ever criticized any other. What is the largest number of scientists that can be elected to this jury, regardless of who criticized whom?
