Problem displaying content in all browsers

Good afternoon.
I've got a problem that I can't solve. At some point, my chrome "broke". Stopped showing some sites. But not completely, but, for example, only pictures and table elements (vertical and horizontal lines) are visible. All browsers have collapsed forms. As a result, I demolished all installed browsers, cleaned everything I found from them and reinstalled. The problem hasn't gone away. In Firefox, for example, the q&a form looks like this:

Checked with Avast - clean, changed to AVG and checked again, also clean.

I would be very grateful for any help!
Maybe you can tell me what to google, because. I didn't find anything meaningful.

Look at the code in the developer tools, and compare with it on a working computer.
Maybe some dirty extensions, or user scripts.
