Problem connecting bluetooth keyboard Logitech K380 to Ubuntu 18.10, how to solve?

All solutions from here have been tried and do not work.
I turn on the keyboard and bluetooth on Ubuntu, finds, the code is displayed, I enter, I press Enter - nothing happens, the code hangs. Tried to press back and backspace before entering - also nothing.
