Problem connecting Arduino uno on Atmega8a-pu to Android 4.2.1

There is a clone of the Arduino uno board with Atmega8a-pu instead of the native Atmega328 and a DNS S5003 smartphone with Android 4.2.1.
I tried to connect using the ArduinoCommander android program via USB, the program sees the board but does not recognize it: Unknown vendor (0x1a86).
I would like to find a solution for communication via USB. For me, this option is more convenient.
Z.Y. I'm still a noob in this topic, but I really want to learn, so do not swear.
