Problem compiling C code

When compiling with Dev-C, it writes the following errors:
\nipa.c conflicting types for 'extractnpa'
\nipa.h previous declaration of ' extractnpa' was here
\nipa.c In function `extractnpa': \
nipa.c [Warning] passing arg 2 of `uncompress' from incompatible pointer type
(and similar for other functions)
. I myself am far from programming, but I really need this script.
The request is that one of you help me compile this script, or compile it for me.

Thank you ThirteenAG . I tried through Dev-C and Code Block, same errors in both cases.
