Transferred the site from one hosting to another (the problem is that there is no access to the old host - neither to the file system, nor to the database), I had to transfer everything manually using a
backup changed the urls and database name in the dump, and here is the problem:
-bakery page builder does not work -backend
editor tabs, classic editor
disappeared -blocks are displayed in code -does
not switch from "visual" to "text"
Don't know what it could be connected with ?

You cannot directly replace URLs in the dump, since serialized data is stored there and when you change, you lose the settings. You can only change site_url & home_url in the dump. And then, for example, use the Better search replace plugin to replace the rest of the URLs
. I can assume that the site was transferred incorrectly or the database was "damaged" due to your edits
