Printing from without browser elements on the page

The essence is that - there is a document - html page. When printing from a browser, it puts down its system elements - the page address, the number of pages, the date, and so on.

Is it possible to print only the page - without unnecessary elements?

Headers and headers are customizable for Firefox, Opera and IE , while Chrome and Safari are not very good at this yet.

Even ancient IE-6 has print page settings (something like file->page settings - headers and footers are removed there).
In FF, it's about the same: file-> page settings-> "Margins and headers and footers" tab.
