Printer in the car?
Hello!
Tell me which printer could be installed in the car in order to send it to print from the tablet and do not turn on the printer each time before that. I want to make him permanently there. And how do printers relate to temperatures such as -15?

I can't help but ask, you'll forgive me, but why? What are you going to print on the road?
In general, in extreme conditions (and negative temperatures and "non-stationary" position, I think, can be attributed to such), it is customary to use dot-matrix or thermal paper printers. However, some laser printers can also work at negative temperatures down to -50 degrees, the main thing is that the humidity is low and condensation does not form. But the resource of such printers is usually 3 times shorter.
I can’t find it point-blank, but there was an article about organizing printing in a car, torture the search.
With AirPrint support if the device is on iOS. I won't say anything about the temperature.
In principle, there are and even officially sold in Russia battery-powered ink jets. It is hardly worth expecting any work from them at -15, but it is easier to organize power for such a device than for a laser machine, and the dimensions, in principle, allow you to organize a heated storage space (if you need to work, you can heat the interior with a regular stove).
Look at the HP Officejet H470 Mobile model . This is an inkjet printer that works via Bluetooth or USB (it seems like there is Wifi support with a separate module), runs on a Li-Ion battery or from the mains.
I see it live - it is used in the office and occasionally in transport (printing offers and contracts).
I worked a little in a system integrator of equipment for sales agents - one client had the opportunity to print invoices "on the go" in the order conditions. We used an Epson LX-300+ matrix printer and a voltage converter from 12V DC to 220V AC. Unfortunately, I don’t remember how the connection with the CCP was carried out, but it seemed that there was something about the blue tooth.
The main problem in winter conditions turned out to be not in our equipment, but in the car batteries - they simply froze and did not give out the necessary voltage / current.
Samsung SCX-3405W (310W) + current inverter for cars (there are a lot of them in any auto accessories shop), then we connect it correctly. In winter, before printing, we turn on the heated oven for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the ambient temperature. Adjusting the oven: install the corrugation on the outlet of the oven for the rear seats on the back of the printer.
