Presumably after updating Windows 10, Chrome is partially not working. How to fix?
Since yesterday, Google Chrome (56.0.2924.76) on Windows 10 (OS Build 14393.693) stopped loading some sites normally.
All Google sites (search, youtube etc) open instantly. Geektimes and Habr are already worse. Some of the working sites do not open at all. Some requests hang as pending, some are loaded at an incredibly low speed, some disappear with the error "Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET". At the same time, everything works great in Edge and is taken from curl.
Tried winsock reset, dns flush, set Google DNS servers, nothing helps. I looked at the Windows update history - I found a relatively recent update KB3211320, installed at about the same time that the problems started.
Whether who faced similar? Is there a solution? Is this a conspiracy to drag users to Edge?

It looks like the problem is caused by the ISP. As soon as I switched to VPN - everything returned to normal.
