Prepros does not compile files from sass to css. What is the problem?

Hello! I downloaded Prepros 7.3.31 , installed it, added a folder with the project, click to save changes in the sass file, Prepros creates css - but the file is empty . What could be the problem? In addition, who is between the PC and the chair.
Note: from pug to html - compilation is successful.
