Preprocessor for HTML with inheritance?

Hello. Searched the Internet, but did not find an answer.
Can you please tell me if there is a preprocessor for HTML with inheritance. That is, with the analog & in Sass / SCSS.
To be able to write something like this (Emmet-style example to simplify):
.block>.&-elem

If you need to write BEM code, then take PUG for it, there are wrappers like bemto / bempug , if you don’t want to use them, then you can use native PUG / HTML and emmet filters .
