Preparing photos for VK?
I'm trying to upload commercial footage to VK.
The problem is that the sharpness is not optimal, the color is changed.
I tried: change the image size to 1000 along the long side, and in a two-stage scheme (first change to 3000 *, then change to 1000 * - this way the sharpness should be better, since it was done in two steps); I switched on the scripts of Marat Safin, which for some reason lead to a good result for me, the scripts worked for me correctly, but I uploaded it to VK, again some kind of crap.
Summing up, I looked at a lot of articles, videos, etc., spent 6 hours on all sorts of different ways.
since all the material on the network on this topic is dated 2010-2012, it seems that the VK compression algorithm has changed.
I would be grateful for finding a solution.

Why is there a terrible loss of quality when uploading photos to VK?
VC is weird. Sometimes, after recompressing it, the pictures become larger than the original size, but worse in quality.
I'll subscribe, I'm also interested in whether it is possible to somehow deal with it. I would simply not transfer commercial work through VK.
the fact is that in the VK group of this store, and for promotion among the VK audience, you need high-quality content.
and of course, there are no problems with uploading to the customer’s own website and printing.
Do a resize to 1280x1000 or less, contour sharpening to the red channel through the brightness blend mode, well, look at the profiles should be sRGB or do this operation through LAB, VK always compresses the photo and blurs, suffered for a long time with this)
