I prepared a good article about Asterisk, but since only recently I can’t publish it anywhere, even in the sandbox :), I need 5 karma points. What to do?

You have already added enough karma, but just in case, I will voice one option (which I saw right there on Habré): if the article is already ready, you can post it somewhere and write to several users in a personal request to add karma* I think few people will refuse, if you like the article.
* I do not consider this option begging, because there is an article you can immediately see why a person has karma
