If you speak English, then the original is better, since the exam is taken in English. In general, I join the advice: Professional WCF4 + braindumps book.

Read [Pablo Cibraro, Kurt Claeys, Fabio Cozzolino, Johann Grabner - Professional WCF 4].
Solve dumps.
The WCF itself and the exam on it are quite difficult.

I read Programming WCF Services (OReilly by Juval Lowy), I liked the presentation of the material in it more than in Professional WCF4. After reading a book, do not forget to go through the list of material that you need to know (in the description of the exam), and fill in the gaps that are not covered by the book (usually a little and a day is enough to quickly find and read them). The exam is really difficult compared to the others.

I really liked "Programming WCF Services" by Juval Lowy. Everything is very accessible and explained in sufficient detail. There is an official Russian translation. In Russian, the book is called "Creating WCF Services".
