Preloader for vue app?

I have an app in vue. The application has a different number of roles and each role has access to a specific page, from which, in turn, different requests (several pieces) leave.

I need to make some kind of universal preloader, track that under the required role all requests have gone and answers have arrived, and only then show the application itself.

I know how to make a regular preloader, but I don’t understand how to make a preloader that checks that all requests under the current role have been processed. Tell me what to read. Please send
