Powershell. Is it possible in Powershell 5 to display messages in the Windows 10 notification area?

Good afternoon.
Can you please tell me in Powershell 5 whether it is possible to somehow bind script messages / notifications to the Windows 10 notification area? So that a pop-up window of the Notification Center pops up on the side?
