Powerbank for Raspberry pi 3. Which one to choose?

Trying to choose Powerbank for Raspberry pi 3 for battery life in case of power outage.
The scheme is as follows: a powerbank is connected to the network through an adapter, and a pi 3 with a 4g modem and several sensors is already connected to it.
But which powerbank to choose, so as not to miscalculate? Which could both charge and power the pi 3 at the same time and which would not die after a week in continuous use. The battery life, in principle, is not so important, at least 2 hours, at least 12, the main thing is the stability and adequacy of work in the future.

You can look in the direction of uninterruptible power supplies for storage systems. For example: www.tinko.ru/p-212456.html - there is enough space in it for a 12v to 5v converter and a raspberry with a body kit.
Well, a 7 / 9AH battery will provide sufficient autonomy.
The very design of the power supply with charge circuits has long been licked by time and such boxes have been successfully operating for decades. If you search, you can find a BBP and immediately with USB power.
