Cross-posting to and from your personal Facebook profile from Twitter, as well as from your FB page to Twitter, is not an issue, but how do you set up automatic posting from Twitter to your Facebook page?

Use a homemade third party app. which will have access to the account on twitter and on facebook, This third-party application through oAuth will take everything from twitter and send to facebook everything that is needed.
