Postgresql refused to work after reinstallation.?

At first everything was fine. I reinstalled Postgresql and after that it won't start.

I looked on the forums, this happens, but I did not find it, what to do with it?
I restart the service - it immediately turns off

Perhaps, when reinstalling postgres, I installed a new config, and the old one had a non-standard port, or even a socket.
