Postgresql + django (Is the server running on host "ip" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

Installed on PostgreSQL server.
Created a user to connect.
Set a password.
Created a DB and specified that the owner created before the user.
In settings py changed:

'default': {
         'ENGINE': 'django.db.backends.postgresql_psycopg2',
        'NAME': 'django_db1',
        'USER': 'user',
        'PASSWORD': 'pass66',
        'HOST': 'Ip сервера',
        'PORT': '5432',
    }
}

Error in postgresql config
listen_addresses = 'ip сервера'

  Is the server running on host "мой ip" and accepting
  TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

Checked, postgres works.
What's wrong?
The issue is resolved, in settings.py you need to specify 127.0.0.1 in HOST
