Postfix setup, emails not coming?

Good time!
Installed and partially configured postfix, manual from here https://www.8host.com/blog/ustanovka-i-nastrojka-p...
External real IP, VDS on hetzner
Letters happily leave and even (yet) do not end up in spam ( to whom we send)
But damn it, we can’t get it back, even for root, the standard Yandex or Google hack - the user does not exist on the remote system ... We
also screwed DKIM & SPF - it doesn’t work or not - the zones have not yet completely dispersed .
Where to dig?

First of all, it is necessary, of course, to look at the log. It probably already contains the answer to your question.
Also, if it doesn't mention the emails you're sending, check the domain's MX record.
Well, without a full configuration and a log, you are unlikely to be able to advise something useful.
Also, if you need to work with incoming mail somehow outside (pop3, imap), then you need to put something like dovecot, and configure postfix to work with it.

Postfix is an MTA (mail transfer agent), a mail transfer agent. He only knows how to send. To receive, you need an MDA (mail delivery agent), an email delivery agent. As a rule, Dovecot is used in conjunction with Postfix
