Postfix how to remove username?

Hello!
There was a small problem while setting up the mail server: when sending a message, the sender's name is added in the "From" header, for example:

[email protected], (Username)

, where Username is the username on the server from which the email was sent.
How can I change the format of this header so that it looks like this:

username

?
The server is running on ubuntu 14.04, I use Postfix for mail
