If you create a user and set a password for him, then you can get authorized by the mail client.
But if you make an alias in postfix, for example [email protected] user1,
then you can no longer log in to the mail client using [email protected]
How to implement routes correctly?

Then it's normal that you can't log in under it. It's an alias!
If authorization is needed, then create a full-fledged mailbox and set up redirection
