What technologies/solutions currently exist that allow capturing real-time video from an Android smartphone camera with subsequent sending and saving on a server?

There are ready-made libraries for broadcasting from mobile devices, in particular our mobile SDK . The library can send streams via RTMP and RTSP and is not tied to a specific server. As an example of work, there is Larix Broadcaster , built on the basis of the SDK, its sources are also included there.
