Possibility to cut layout automatically from PNG image?

Good day! For the most part, I am a backend developer, so I may not know something about layout issues. There is a huge bunch of website layouts in PNG images (without PSD templates, you can’t get access to them, in any way, and about tools, ala psd2html, I know). In these layouts, all the elements separately (pop-up windows - buttons, textboxes, labels, etc. on them, or parts of the site - sidebars, headers), from which you need to assemble sites by measuring all the elements, the indents between them, font sizes, font style (although I may have already snickered), etc. The
question is: is there any tool or addition to Photoshop, Gimp, or whatever, which instead of me (like two from the casket) will cut it all elementally, or will be able to highlighton my layout elements and show their sizes, or at least somehow help me speed up this business . Yes, I know, you can manually chop, guillotine, slice tool and all things, but the small internal automator is indignant, plus it will take a lot of time to process all the layouts.
Thanks in advance.

ShoeBox has an "extract sprites" function that cuts one large image with a transparent background into a bunch of small ones. Might fit. There, it may also be useful for you to cut the psd file: layers into png images. Well, in general, a good thing, it works on Adobe Air.

I have a counter question for you, as a backend developer: There are a lot of terms of reference for websites. Is there any program that uses them to backend for me?

This png can only be a guide, the elements will have to be searched, redone, etc.

It's possible.
But creating the tool you want is a very time consuming task.

Try opening it in Adobe Fireworks. It is possible that this PNG is a full-fledged layout. I encountered this a couple of years ago.
