Possibility of functioning of 2 video cards of different manufacturers on different sockets?

Good day. More recently, the idea came to my mind to use a PCI-E x1 slot for a video card. Motherboard - MSI H110M-PRO-VD
• 1 x PCIe 3.0 x16 slot - AMD Radeon R7 250 already installed
• 2 x PCIe 2.0 x1 slots - contenders for an additional card (GeForce GT730 has a suitable connector).
Naturally, I understand that the bandwidth x1 will not reveal the card, but if you do not take into account the additional. power and climate (cooling) inside the case, then theoretically I would like to use it in individual cases. A banal example of streaming: load x1 card with OBS, and play, respectively, at x16. I looked through a lot of topics on the subject. All of them were about variations of connecting one card to any of the PCI-e x1 x4 x8 x16, through adapters and other things, ending with sawing off the edge of the x1 slot for the x16 card connector.
I know that it is possible to install 2 boards from different companies in the existing 2x16 slots and at the same time manipulate each card with different processes.
There is information href="https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark... that the i3-6100 processor supports 16 PCI-e lanes. And the motherboard href="https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark... 6 lanes. Does this mean that I can use 2 Radeon / Nvidia cards distributing them for different tasks, the above streaming , render Will there be a driver conflict?
