Possibilities of Bitrix?

Guys, good day to all. A bit of a general question.
Interested in developing an account for clients on Bitrix, which will include:

• Possibility to issue an invoice;
  
• Possibility to make online payment;
  
• Pages (with the same URL), but with different content depending on the user ID;
  
• Client profile, where all contact and other necessary information is written;
  
• Online chat for all clients, calendar of events (clicking on a specific date opens a page with a description);
  
• Separate content pages.
  

The bottom line is that I have never worked with Bitrix, but I am familiar with html / css, medium with php, I have worked with other admins. How difficult it will be to understand Bitrix and implement it yourself, for example, in 3-4 weeks. Or is it better to look for a developer.

Yes.
And don’t poke your head in Bitrix, that’s when you need to make a store, then you can still think.
Otherwise, it's only x2 cost and pain compared to almost any other solution.

Everything that is written above is the bitter truth, bitra is not a WordPress, you can’t figure it out with a half kick, I’ve been working exclusively with bitra for the fourth year and still meet things that make you want to yell at the ground.
