Ports for accessing the server via ssh are not responding?

Apache HTTP Server

I have a server and had access to it via ssh.
Installed the LAMP stack and changed the python version. Also reassign the port for connecting via ssh. After setting up the stack, the Alache Default page is there, I rebooted the server. After that, the server stopped responding via ssh. What to do?

Climb via ftp to it and look at the logs, maybe ssh did not start or the port is busy
