Portal-vue transition not working?

Hello, but do not tell me what could be the matter.
I use Portal-Vue, I have a modal with transition there:
1) in vue 2.5.17 the example in codesandbox everything works,
2) updated vue on 2.6.10 and the animation does not work anymore when the modal appears, the example in codesandbox
3) if you do not use portal in vue 2.6.10, then the example in codesandbox
does not work either. As I understand it, something broke under the hood in the portal when updating vue, can you tell me how to fix it? Thank you.

Everyone found a problem that is not at all in the portal. In vue 2.6.9, they made a fiddle and tweaked the behavior, so you need to add the "appear" keyword.
