Portage SQL: is it possible to find differences?

Hello. There is Portage SQL on win7. Included logs for monitoring requests. The software makes a request to the database, but only part of the information can be understood from the logs. Whether there are comparisons of 2 bases or tables. I want to understand after the request - where did the new data appear, what changes were there. Other options did not help)

Why do you need Portage SQL in Windows at all?
Probably, it's still about PostgreSQL.
Comparison of two tables - banal standard FULL OUTER JOIN
Comparison of bases - probably it will be more convenient than something external.
