Portable NoSQL?

You need something like SQLLite only made based on NoSQL with the ability to work via the HTTP API (like ArangoDB )
The main task is not to install the database separately and it just lay in the form of a file. Performance doesn't matter at all. We need compactness and simplicity.
Is there something similar on the market?

But it's not entirely clear to me what it means "it was not necessary to install the database" - the same SQLite needs to be installed (although it runs immediately in many operating systems), it has file storage.
The NoSql analogue of SQLite with the described characteristics is, perhaps, CouchDB .
