Portable device for hosting a web server

Tell me the hardware to host LAMP (Linux apache mysql php) on it. You need a compact device with low power consumption. I look towards raspberrypi Pi B.

There is also cubeboard . It is only 15 bucks more expensive, but much more powerful in terms of characteristics (RAM, CPU, ethernet not via usb bus, NAND flash with android out of the box).
However, despite the fact that the ethernet interface is hooked up directly (and not like on the raspberry via the usb bus), it works just as disgustingly as on the raspberry. As they write on the Internet, it's all the fault of the manufacturer's negligent attitude towards specs, and, as a result, firewood (neither raspberry nor cubieboard was given more than 40 megabits in my LAN).
All in all, a good sign .

Why not use any inexpensive used laptop for this? Yes, you can’t meet up to $100, but if you raise the budget to $200, you will get a server:
1. it has a case, it is small and quiet
2. it has a screen as a bonus
3. it has a battery that acts as an uninterruptible power supply
4 x86 platform
5. A normal
used Eee PC PS network card can be taken for about 100 USD. Very compact + all of the above advantages.

If there is no design vein or you just don’t feel like messing around, then look towards these devices - http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/IP-Plug_AK-Systems

You can also look in the direction of MIPS (performance is high, and power consumption is low, before that ARM'u like a penguin to the North Pole).
