Port forwarding windows server 2012 NAT?

I know that there are a lot of instructions on the net, but still I want to clarify.
There is VMmanager on the server, through it I create a virtual machine through NAT (Locally).
The virtual machine works locally, speedtest shows that it uses the ip on which VMmanager is installed.
I'm trying to connect to the standard port 3389 (Not responding). I'm trying to manually configure another port 10001.
Not available. The stub is clear that the standard method cannot be configured, since Locally.
Task: Forward the port for the local windows server 2012 so that you can connect to the virtual machine from the outside.
Maybe in my case you need to configure it in VMmanager configs?

Have you tried to test the network connection while in the virtual machine? It is working? If you are connecting via RDP then check the Firewall.

Use mod_proxy in apache or port forwarding with NAT/redir/portforward.
