Port forwarding or how do torrent clients do it?

Many torrent clients have a port forwarding feature. Is it possible to implement the same for example for a local http/ftp server? I googled for uPnP / nat-pmp, but I couldn't find anything. You need to forward it through Megafon's or Beeline's NAT.

Do they give white IP? There is no point without them

If the router can handle UPnP (wants \ capable \ configured), then yes - it will work, just send a command and that's it - the nat is created, the port is forwarded.
Otherwise, nothing will come of it.
