Port forwarding does not work on the Tp-Link router, how to fix it?

There is a virtual server written in nodejs, it works on
192.168.1.106:8080, forwarded the port to this north:


Next, I try to access the ip address of the computer:
xx.xx.xxx.xx:8080(ip is dynamic)
But for some reason it does not establish a connection (access to the server from LAN and through IPv4 passes, changed ports - didn’t help), the problem appeared a week ago, I didn’t fumble in the settings.
Any thoughts on this matter, can the provider influence this?

At least you didn't fill in the "Internal port" field. Specify 8080 there too.
Further: are you sure that the address that the provider gave you is white dynamic?
