Port 5555 is not forwarded on the Eltex router, what should I do?

Connected dvr configured ports 80, 5920, 5555 (tried 5520 as well, but unsuccessfully)
Created a Virtual Server on the router and forwarded TCP / UDP ports. I did the same in the firewall.
I go to 2ip, I check ports 80 and 5920 are open, but 5555 (5520) does not open. ip-address scored like a nail both in the dvr itself and on the router. Help, good people.

I go to 2ip, check ports 80 and 5920 are open, but 5555 (5520) does not open
So the pass is working.
Most likely the reason is that the port is corny closed.
An open port is when someone is listening to it. If no one listens to him, then he is closed.
Therefore, we carefully look where we forwarded port 5555 and test whether it is open from the local network.
The fact that you forwarded on the router just means that all packets on this port will go to the host you specified. Whether the port is open or not is unknown.
