Porridge in the head of angular NGRX ??

You need to put everything in your head on the shelves regarding ngrx. First, please explain in simple terms what ngrx/entity and ngrx/data are used for. I read the documentation and made some idea in my head about what it is and what it is for, but the idea is sluggish. Second: let's say that I have a task to make an application in which there will be a list of some books, there will be pagination by page, detailed information about the book, setting various filters for sorting books. With all this, I need to save the state of already read pages in pagination, so as not to make unnecessary requests to the server, save the state of filters, and so on. Do I need to use ngrx for this, is it an important need in this case and will it make it easier? Thank you.
